Cancellation Policy

To respect the time of both our clients and staff, we have implemented the following policy: • Cancellations: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 2 hour prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. • No-Shows & Late Cancellations: If a client fails to show up for their appointment or cancels within less than 1 hour of the scheduled time, they will be charged a 20% fee of the total service cost. • Payment: This fee will be charged to the card on file or added to the client’s account and must be paid before booking future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best service possible.
